Quality policy
The Senior Leadership and the staff that comprise the LAMMB are committed to provide physicochemical analytical services that ensure reliability and reproducibility by the implementation of good laboratory practices and a quality management system based on the ISO/IEC/17025:2005 and the ISO 9001 -2015. Our system will continuously improve, seeking for compliance through the applicable requirements and the satisfaction of our customers based on the ISO/IEC/17025: 2005 and the ISO 9001-2015.
Quality objectives
- Follow up and fulfill the client engagement agreements, as well as the regulatory, statutory requirements and others, applicable to the quality management system and its processes.
- Have an information service that guarantees the traceability of the documented information in the LAMMB.
- Develop and implement a maintenance, calibration and qualification program for the equipment, as well as, a specific program for the analytical validation.
- Disclose and evaluate concepts of good laboratory practices among the LAMMB staff.
